Do u think Golden Retrievers are better than Labrador Retrievers?
Apart from the cost, which breed do u think is better suited as a family dog?
both of them will make an excellent family pet. if you want a dog with a smaller coat and training that would be a as easy as a two piece puzzle, you should get a labrador retriever.
if you want one that has a bigger coat and with a little more guardian Instinct, get a goldie.
its hard not to chose one of them because both of them are lovable and great with children. but the upkeep is that both of them need a great amount of exercise each day and none of them likes to be left alone in the yard. (if you planning to bring a goldie into your household, you’ll need some mental exercise too because they tend to be a little stuborn)
I would suggest getting both of them and raising from a puppy to an adult (its just an option and please dont try that if you are a novice owner)
