How should we set up the dogs area?
a large yellow Lab named Ozzie, We need to move his favorite dirt area and I want to make sure he has a digging area and shade of course. Is there a ground cover for part of the area he would enjoy rolling on? Do dogs care about greenery around them? Thanks for your ideas
fenced in if required in your area…..
We have an area fenced in, with a dirt area for digging and rolling in, grassy area for potty and a cement area with his doggie house on it…cleans up real easy with hose. If you dont have shade, make sure you put a tarp up with supports so rain, or snow does not make it fall.
We also have one corner in the dirt and grassy area that has plywood over it, so he can lay in grass or dirt if it is hot out…also keeps the dirt area from getting too muddy….we put a small pool in one corner in the summer…..got some funny videos of him in pool biting at tennis ball…
